• There was a homeless man who lived by a lake. Each day the man would wake up and Pray, “God please help me! I’m hungry, and could use your help!” As the man was walking one day he stepped on a hook which caused him to bleed, so the man took the hook out of his foot, knew he had to keep moving so he looked around to then find a stick he could use to support him on his journey (basically a walking stick). Eventually the man continued on his journey. As he was walking past a sweet old lady who was sewing she asked him to sit down, she talked with him, and gave him half of her sandwich that she packed. After the man ate and had a long day of getting around he needed a quick nap, so he dozed off. When he woke up she was gone but he found that she left her sewing string. Now as the man sits and looks at a flowing lake of fish, does he realize that God sent him a hook, a strong enough stick to support him, and string to use daily which can be put together to fish everyday?? Or is he only thinking he was given half of a sandwich?? #Love

I understand, fear so strong it’s overcoming just a woman or man!

But truly I say in God just believe!

Then from the ground your mustard seed will grow into everything and more than  you need!!

It’s not easy you see in the verse I read the man believed but still asked Christ for help believing!!

It’s deep, you’re not blind to never not see!

You’re not mute, to never not speak! 

You’re not empty to never not bleed!

Faith is a process!

Trusting everything sometimes take time and I get it, time is priceless!

With God a lot times we have to wait!

But Who are we to demand a time limit

 to the creator of everything to meet the request we are asking for 

that we think we need to be great?

Sometimes we have to chill, 

God Opens the windows of Heaven 

to pour out blessings 

when our trust in him 

can hold blessings that real!

Gifts from God can’t be taken from no man!

So trust that God is in control of everything! 

Have faith in God’s plan!

Circumstance brings opinion

I believe death in Christ means 

you’re still living!

 It’s not my position 

to give the sentence!

I just realize playing the victim 

sometimes is part of the mission!

It’s May 31st and so far everything is going great! 

It’s 9 days post surgery!

God is working a miracle in me! I’m not on prescription pain pills, I stopped taking them on day 3.

Mentally I’m going to win this battle, now patience, prayers and me doing my part and putting good minerals in my body!

I’m going to be better than before! 

I just know it!

God promises that all things work together for the good of those that love him! & God is my reason!

Many miracles unfolding in what can seem as tragedy! 

I’m glad God is in control!

We are all amazing!

God got me, God Got You!

Everyday I’m tempted to potentially destroy myself, but in God I’ve been given more time to want to be better and succeed in better ways!

For his glory are we perfected when we want this life for real!

We will go through the fire in ways to teach us how to trust God and lean not on our own understanding but be able to acknowledge always! 

Decisions we make today will take up valuable time that will not be given back thinking about what we did, the possibilities that could be the result and then spending time waiting for answers. Most of the time it’s a decision that we know we don’t need to do! 

The fight is between Spirit and flesh always!

“For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.”

Ephesians 6:12 NLT

“Keep watch and pray, so that you will not give in to temptation. For the spirit is willing, but the body is weak!””

Matthew 26:41 NLT

We have been prepared to battle back! We are soldiers and front line warriors in the army of the Lord!

Though at times we may feel weak, we must hold on and remember there is power in the name of Christ!

We suffer for a little while now to one day live to suffer no more. In a place where love overflows and smiles never end! Gold is walked on and everyone around you went through storms to make it with you!
To know God is to know love from the depths of your soul!
His love through your own life lived has pierced your flesh enough to know mercy, grace and love has given you one more chance to do his will!
We have to stop wanting God in our way to know God’s ways are more than satisfying! We then will submit to the only man above us & be lifted to a place where no man can bring us down!

Love Jesus, See God!

In other words love like Christ, see what God did for you and I so we will be made whole for his glory to be with God in Heavenly places!

Use your Gift from Christ to change lives for glory that will fill you with joy Heaven will applause you for reaching!

4 years later

I had a choice

When I was consciously aware of my condition I could either listen to the doctors and everyone who feared my current situation or listen to God and show others watching he always has the last say!

It was hard, it was uncomfortable, I was humbled, at times it seemed like settling was a lot easier! Whenever someone tried to make me comfortable with being ok and just relaxing I pressed on! There was a feeling deep down in my heart to do what I wanted to do and that’s wrestle, Graduate and show these doctors who were so sure that they aren’t God!

After the first few months the light got brighter, by April I was back Living with my teammates looking to get cleared preparing to restart my senior year of college!

I get cleared to wrestle and I’ve forgotten everything I’ve learned since 6th grade! All this work to get here and it was like I lost it!

More battling, I knew I could do it but I was losing to true freshman, I was the best wrestler in the country a few months before that! I kept pressing on though, hard on myself knowing my potential, what I wanted and everything I’ve been through I wasn’t going to settle for giving up! A year later from the accident and I’m getting ready to compete for my first time in Vegas!

Not scared, not nervous, I’m ready. Started off winning, fell behind a bit, got caught on my back and then turned up, I came back with the heart and faith in everything I’ve been through in a year to get me through this challenge!

The horn goes off I win 11-9 I drop down give thanks for it all! What I received in those moments was a gift to forever give to others who are going through! Hope in God! God Got Me, God Got You!

A few months later I Dougie across the graduation stage! The next year I work as a paraprofessional with children who for a moment I was. I was put there to be their hope in getting better and I seen a progression throughout the year in those kids!

The next year I move to Colorado and start grad school to be a counselor and sit with brokenness and be the hope already knowing your situation will get better but you have to put your hope in the Lord and not man!

Now by year 4 I’m wrestling with Olympians and at the Olympic Training Center to shock the world and win a medal as claimed!

At the peak of what I wanted God said Isaiah wait for your medal, go through this storm, come out better before, let me clean you up inside and attain something bigger than a National Title! I want Olympic Gold, God hasalesady used me in a way of giving me back so much more than a National Title, he gave me my life back in full with opportunity that followed. Now I’m chasing my greater! I hope you are too! #GodGotMeGodGotYou

Trusting God in the “Now What?”
Although we plan things out the Lord is the one who orders our steps.
Free will is the choice to choose to trust God and know what he has for you is something no other man or women can give you, a joy that continues to bring you to your knees in a thankful cheer surrendering to the creator of everything we have to call good. Or trust your other beliefs, experience life lived with limits, take on a peaceful state, really Free will means you can be and do whatever you are willing to do for you!

TRUST GOD! Life’s hard and when you’re doing it with God I think it gets more challenging in the sense of fighting more! We fight enemy forces that are looking to bring us down, keep us down and influence the same in others around us! But I tell you now, Hold on God Got You!

The Bible says Faith without works is dead! James 2:17
This means we are to be Praying without ceasing for what we want and working to get it the best way we can believing God will help us finish what we’ve set out to bring to our lives! Whether that be more income, more time spent with love, vacations/get aways from everyday stressors or personal championships! Those were just things that came to the surface, there are many many more!

Why do we have Faith?

“Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”

Faith is the answer to the things we overall truly believe but don’t see yet! It’s knowing without physical proof yet! It’s coming, something deep inside that people surrounded by you on your side have to just trust, see within you and who you are to have Faith in you!
Faith is how we Trust God in the “Now What?” I think God is ready to blow all of our minds but def not if we are going to expect with no means of asking, appreciating it or being thankful!

“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,”

God Got Me, God Got You!

Where I come from is where people want to go! Think about what I just said, I come from God so Heaven is the goal!  Sometimes words aren’t given how you want them to be. Matter a fact that’s a lot of things in this world, it feels like it cost to breathe!

It’s 2017 what are we doing? You’d think back in the 90s by now life would be just amazing, but now this worlds in ruin! Still debating if Jesus is white or brown, the real point is he came to save us all. I’m a Christian that’s a fact!  Colin Kapernick is doing something and staying strong but what’s crazy is History repeats itself that’s why we all can’t get along! The NFL is losing fans because one man for his coz took a knee, but it took that one man to do something that brings real awareness to what people already do or don’t want to see! You know it’s real, and for you to say people of different color don’t get treated different by people of different color means the fantasy you’re in is just that, it’s not real! Wow, did you peep what I said before you either negated it, got mad or agreed? I said a lot of people are racist. We see it everyday. White against Brown, Brown against White, Brown against Brown and white against white. Why must we still today let color be reason to fight?

Let the love God continues to show you be reason to join the real fight! We all have an enemy that wants us to suffer whether it’s in this life or the next, he comes to steal, kill and destroy. Don’t play his games and let evil spirits steal your joy in moments that are meant to be lived by you, kill off what your goals are for today, tomorrow or in this life, and destroy any hope of things always getting better no matter the pain you may have felt.

God got you! John 10:10 reminds us despite how life looks right now Jesus has come so you can still have life to the fullest. Don’t let your situation define you, you define yourself being able to fall and get back up every time! Though you may have lost battles the war is to be won by using the strength gained through the word of God. He’s already won so you just have to trust him and stay close, even if you drift away from God your sincere desire to comeback is as easy as breathing your next breath!
